Routine Maintenance and Care
1. Routine Inspection
1.1 Monitor heating system pressure — the gauge reading should remain within 0.5–2 bar.
1.2 Inspect gas supply lines and flue pipes for disconnection, damage, or blockage.
1.3 Check the display screen for fault messages or error codes; contact a qualified technician if any appear.
1.4 At the end of each heating season, set the unit’s operating mode to domestic hot water (DHW) mode.
1.5 Prior to each new heating season, schedule an annual inspection and maintenance visit by a qualified technician.
2. Fault Handling
2.1 If equipment malfunctions occur, immediately discontinue use, identify the cause, and implement corrective action.
2.2 If the root cause remains unidentified, or the fault persists after corrective measures, contact a qualified technician for repair before resuming operation.

3. Routine Care
3.1 Always disconnect power before cleaning the unit. Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents.
3.2 In hard water areas (calcium and magnesium content > 450 mg/L), we recommend using professional descaling agents.
3.3 Keep the unit dry whenever possible. For extended periods of non-use, drain all water from the system and shut off both gas and electrical supplies.
3.4 After servicing or maintenance, verify that there are no water or gas leaks.
