Performance Comparison: Hiounce vs. Standard Wall-Hung Boilers
Our Wall-Hung Boilers
Featuring fully premixed combustion and internal combustion technology, our condensing boilers follow the mainstream approach used in the European market. Built with stainless steel and high-temperature-resistant materials, the heat exchanger uses an advanced premixed combustion chamber and burner system. This internationally advanced technology delivers thermal efficiency above 100%, a compact structure, long service life, and a low-maintenance combustion system.
Standard Wall-Hung Boilers
Many conventional water-cooled grate-type or flue-type heat exchanger condensing boilers are “pseudo-condensing” products in practice. True condensing technology recovers the latent heat from water vapor condensation, with thermal efficiency above 100% as a key indicator. Pseudo-condensing boilers are often larger in size, less corrosion-resistant, and more prone to flue-side corrosion.
Our Wall-Hung Boilers
The gas valve uses stepless variable-frequency control, similar to the smooth transmission of a sports car. It precisely and smoothly regulates the proportional gas valve opening, improving safety, reducing gas consumption and heat loss, and maintaining stable gas pressure.
Standard Wall-Hung Boilers
Standard boilers often use three-stage gas valve control, with less precise proportional valve adjustment. This may lead to greater heat loss, higher gas consumption, unstable gas pressure, louder operation, and less stable combustion.
Our Wall-Hung Boilers
The main heat exchanger adopts instant heating technology. Turbulators are added inside the heat exchanger to create turbulent water flow, reducing high-temperature boundary layers on the tube wall, improving heat transfer efficiency, reducing flow noise, and allowing water to absorb heat more fully. Made with European technology, pure copper material, advanced brazing processes, and special anti-scale and anti-corrosion treatment, it offers long service life and thermal efficiency of up to 95%.
Standard Wall-Hung Boilers
Conventional boilers often use tank-type main heat exchangers. A large volume of water must be heated before being circulated by the pump, resulting in longer heating times and slower temperature rise. Long-term heating of static cold water at the bottom of the tank can also lead to scale buildup, reduced thermal efficiency, and higher gas consumption. Many standard heat exchangers use traditional tube-rolling processes, with less reliable sealing and limited durability.
Our Wall-Hung Boilers
An optional pure stainless steel plate heat exchanger provides high thermal efficiency and functions as an independent hot water system. It is easy to maintain and replace, with lower service costs. The built-in microcomputer enables automatic switching, delivering hot water quickly and conveniently.
Standard Wall-Hung Boilers
Integrated heat exchangers often require replacement of the entire main heat exchanger when problems occur, resulting in higher costs. Manual switching can be inconvenient, with longer waiting times for domestic hot water and greater waste of water and energy. Plate heat exchangers are generally not used, which may lead to more maintenance issues.
Our Wall-Hung Boilers
Equipped with original imported GRUNDFOS or WILO pumps for reliable quality, low noise, low energy consumption, and long service life. Designed for real heating conditions in China, the pump head reaches 6–7 meters.
Standard Wall-Hung Boilers
Ceramic gasket pump designs may be prone to leakage, with shorter service life and a lower pump head of only 4–5 meters. Many standard boilers use domestic pumps, which may produce higher noise and offer a lower pump head of 4–5 meters.
Our Wall-Hung Boilers
Equipped with 21 layers of protection, covering safety risks related to water, electricity, and gas.
Standard Wall-Hung Boilers
Wall-hung boilers with fewer safety devices may pose potential safety risks.
Our Wall-Hung Boilers
Premium models are equipped with a digital multifunction indoor controller with imported chips, while mid-range models offer it as an option. It enables precise automatic control of water temperature, room temperature, and timing, while also providing boiler self-diagnosis and fault code display. The user-friendly design is tailored to everyday usage habits.
Standard Wall-Hung Boilers
Some standard boilers use domestic thermostats with limited quality, no display function, lower sensitivity, and unstable room temperature control. Some models do not include an indoor thermostat and can only be controlled through boiler water temperature, resulting in larger temperature fluctuations and less convenient operation.
