Instructions & Precautions
1. Please read the warning section of the technical manual carefully before use and follow all safety precautions.
2. Installation, gas type conversion, and adjustment of the boiler must be carried out by qualified professionals approved by the manufacturer. Gas leaks, water leaks, improper flue installation, or flue disconnection may cause property damage and even pose a risk to life.
3. Before use, make sure the gas type specified for the product matches the gas supply being used.
4. When installing the flue, both the air inlet and exhaust outlet must extend outdoors and slope downward at an angle of 3–5° to prevent rainwater or condensate from flowing back. Secure the flue pipe to the boiler outlet with self-tapping screws and seal the joints with aluminum foil tape to prevent the flue pipe from coming loose.
5. After installation, check the sealing performance of the entire heating system, cold water pipeline, and domestic hot water pipeline. Then flush the heating system repeatedly until no foreign matter remains.
6. During operation, regularly check whether combustion is normal and monitor pressure changes in the heating system.
7. Regularly check the gas supply pipeline for leaks. Soap water may be used to check whether bubbles appear at the joints. If a gas leak is found, immediately contact qualified personnel from the gas company for inspection and repair. If a strong gas smell is detected, do not switch on electrical appliances, use the telephone, or perform any action that may create sparks. Gently open doors and windows, close the gas valve, and call the gas company from another location.
8. After winter, when heating is no longer required, it is recommended not to drain the water from the system, as this helps extend the service life of the heating system. If the boiler will not be used for a long period for either heating or domestic hot water, drain the water and disconnect both the power and gas supply.
9. Do not adjust the safety locking device without authorization.
10. Do not touch the flame viewing window directly to avoid burns.
11. The frost protection function only works when normal power supply, gas supply, and proper water pressure are maintained, and when the boiler can start normally. It activates when the heating water inside the appliance drops to 5°C. During long shutdowns in winter, to prevent damage caused by freezing, completely drain the water from both the heating system and domestic hot water system, or drain only the domestic hot water and add antifreeze to the heating water. Otherwise, the appliance may be damaged by freezing. Any damage or losses caused by freezing are the user’s responsibility, even during the warranty period.
12. Gas type conversion must be performed by qualified professionals approved by the manufacturer. Please refer to the gas conversion instructions in the technical manual.
